With our highest compliments and utmost honors, Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this wonderful pair of antique L&JG Stickley rocking chairs. We purchased these from a local estate, and before that they spent a couple of decades in an office at Baystate hospital. The chairs have 6 slat backs, large open paddle arms, and the seat rail is straight with a mitered top edge. The chairs retain their original springs seats which are very comfortable and were recovered with a high-quality green leather. There is some light paint transfer on the seats and the darker chair on the right has a small hole in the cushion but overall they look great and are 100% usable in their current condition. The chairs are signed by L&JG Stickley with their signature decal reading “THE WORK OF L.J.G STICKLEY”. The chairs measure 27” wide x 29” deep x 35” tall with a 17” seat height.
