We are pleased to offer you this wonderful Shaker sewing box. This box is from a collection of five we recently obtained. This made by the Shakers as a trade good craft piece. These boxes were some of America's true souvenirs from the very early 20th century before the great Shaker Colonies became extinct. This sarcophagus formed box has a fitted original untouched interior with mirror. Glass on mirror is cracked. The box is 11 1/4" long, 8" wide and 3 3/4" tall.
