Bay Colony Antiques is delighted to offer you this extra choice & rare Gothic 19th century oak leather Executive arm chair by attributed to R.J. Horner New York City. This Victorian period masterpiece has a leather seat, carved lion head arms, carved dragon or "fish" scales all over its leading edges, drop finials, a large conforming carved back splat, nicely designed carved U shaped back crest that stands four lion paw carved feet. It has swivel & height adjustment features in an original finish and is in great condition with our only noting some insignificant carving losses to a few of its leg profiles. Its fine the way it is or we would have had our woodworker address it. Our policy is to disclose the slightest flaws we find. The desks are much easier to find than these chairs!
