EXCELLENT CIRCA 1900 CHIPPENDALE STYLED CONSTITUTION MOUNT VERNON MIRROR WITH WINGED PHOENIX BY THE FREIDMAN BROTHERS
Bay Colony Antiques is delighted to offer you this fabulous antique Freidman Brothers Chippendale styled Constitution mirror in mahogany and gilt wood with a large winged Phoenix captured in flight. This is the first run of Freidman's "Mount Vernon" mirror. The mirror is further defined by a fabulously embellished broken arch pediment crest, gilt wood liner, gilt wood border and detailed floral wreaths flanking its right and left columns. The mirror is in good condition with only some slight gilding loss and a few touch ups. This is a commanding mirror being 60" tall and 27" wide.
