We are pleased to offer you this very high quality Empire period crotched and solid figured mahogany circa 1830's Breakfast table with Ogee base and twin double ended ogee profiled drawers. The table stands on a very nicely executed Ogee base and original brass caster wheels. It is in exceptionally good, original condition. The leaves are supported by double shuttle arms with hand carved wooden hinges. The secondary white pine woods are nicely hand chamfered. Its solid mahogany top possesses excellent graining. It is 40" long, 21 1/2" wide, 52" wide with its leaves locked up and stands 29" tall.
