We are delighted to offer you this very special early 19th Century Southern United States Sheraton period crotched mahogany Sideboard. We see a lot of great antique period sideboards but nothing quite as unique as this specimen. We thought so much of this one we hauled it back to Massachusetts from the deep South. We are fully aware of how important it is to our clients to obtain correct period accurate pieces for their homes and we couldn't be prouder to offer you this Southern Gem. It is in a refreshingly wonderful original condition in its original finish. It is adorned with highly figured mahogany, all original very high quality brass pulls, large robust hinges and a back gallery with brass spindles. It has carved rosettes and stands on ring and compact ball feet. It has three upper service drawers over four base cabinet doors. It measures 68" long, 23" wide, 44" tall at it work surface and 63" tall at its back gallery.
