CIRCA 1820'S FEDERAL PERIOD REVERSE GLASS PAINTED MIRROR
We are delighted to offer you this fantastic very early 19th century Federal period Sheraton reverse glass painted mirror. It is 40" tall and 20 1/2" wide. The mirror possesses some of the best preserved paint we have ever seen on one of these mirror. It has very unusual gold toled roses and a charming farm scene with vibrant colors. The frame is embellished with rosettes on each of its corners with additional gesso formed ornamentation. It has all original glass with a very nice patina.
