CHIPPENDALE STYLE MAHOGANY COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG MIRROR - SPECTACULAR CONDITION

We are pleased to offer this wonderful antique Chippendale styled mirror made by the Friedman brothers under license of the Colonial Williamsburg organization. It possesses a Colonial Williamsburg carved touchmark and a copy of the cataloged reference of the mirror on verso identifying it as a copy of the original which adorns the Raleigh Tavern at Williamsburg. The mirror features a large bold gold gilt center plum, incised gold gilt liner and beveled mirror glass. This is one of two similar Colonial Williamsburg mirrors which we have recently acquired. The other mirror is in a lighter finish. This mirror is 46 1/2" tall & 28 1/2" wide.
