Antique Victorian Walnut Chest of Drawers / File Cabinet With Carved Pulls
Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this fantastic antique Victorian Walnut chest of drawers. The chest exhibits a wonderful utilitarian size and could be used in a number of different settings like in a bedroom for clothing, as an oversized nightstand, or in an office as a file cabinet. The previous owners used this in their dining room as a small server and it was able to house their entire dinner service and miscellaneous utensils.
The Walnut selected for the chest is absolutely beautiful and we love the large arches in the grain on the paneled sides. The chest has three generously sized drawers with carved handles, and was further decorated with incised carvings along the drawer faces and side panels. The chest is in great condition with our only notes being minor surface on the top. The chest measures 29 1/2” wide x 21 1/2” deep x 34 3/4” tall.
