With our highest compliments & honors we're prod to offer for sale this absolutely gorgeous 15.5 feet x 11 feet Kirman carpet. The region of Kirman has been a long established prolific weaving community with distinctive multi color floral designed rugs. Tribal and small village rugs were generally woven by 1-3 individuals at a time. Kirman was a very important major trade city and considered by some to produce the best rugs with a wide array of designs, natural color palettes, & complex superior designs. This is a very large example with a thick wool pile providing excellent warmth and comfort to any room. This came to us from a smoke & pet free home where the carpet was very lightly trafficked. The rug employs a traditional cream colored field with bright reds, blues, peaches and greens.
