Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this fantastic 20th century Chippendale antique style pair of Tiger Maple mirrors. It’s exceptionally rare to find a matched pair of period mirrors but these early 20th century examples fit the design need without having to break the bank or settle for modern reproductions. One of the mirrors has August 1952 written on the back which is either when they were made or the last time they were re-glassed. We wouldn't be surprised if these were made a few decades earlier. The mirrored surface has developed a nice old patina but nothing that obstructs use in any way. The mirrors measure 20” wide x 35 1/2” tall x 1” deep. The glass alone measures 13 3/4 wide x 23 1/2” tall.
