Bay Colony Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this wonderful 20th century Chippendale antique style mahogany vanity bench. The bench has a maroon needlepoint seat with a multicolor floral design. The seat is accented with brass tacks and the finish is extremely clean in a perfect red Mahogany color. The bench has acanthus carved cabriolet legs with a nice slender ankle and powerful, well defined, ball and claw feet. These work very well as a vanity bench and are also nice to use below windows and in entryways. This is one of the prettiest benches we’ve encountered in quite some time and we’re excited to offer this to our clients around the US. The bench measures 38” wide x 18 1/2” deep x 20” tall.
