We're pleased to offer for sale this wonderful 20th century Art Deco style steel medical / physicians cabinet by Walters MFG CO of Oakmont, PA. Walters MFG CO was established in the 1930's originally producing mill & mining supplies which makes sense considering the region. The company survived the great depression & their talented metal workers prospered during the 1940's manufacturing military products as the US entered WWII. When the war ended they returned to manufacturing a wide array of industrial products. This cabinet is dated August 18th 1953 on the underside. The cabinet is in overall good condition with minor paint loss and & a small patch of rust on the bottom of the back. The cabinet has a few small dents in the body but none out of the range of acceptable for these. This cabinet has a full size upper drawer over a base cabinet fitted with an interior shelf. The right door retains the original Walters MFG CO label & the cabinet retains the original polished steel pulls. The cabinet is 24" wide x 19 3/4" deep x 36" tall.
