We're pleased to offer for sale this wonderful pair of 20th century antique style pair of Windsor comb back chairs. These were crafted by The Windsor Workshop of Toronto, Canada. Windsor workshop is a high demand creator & distributor of high end period accurate traditional designs. These chairs are crafted in the exact manner as their 300 year old counterparts with pegged construction, hand carved saddle seats, & wedge joinery. This Philadelphia design comb back Windsor is one of the most desirable forms available defined by a convex crest, carved ears, shaped saddle seat, and balanced base turnings. This pair is in a black finish with a handsome intentional distressing of the surface. The chairs measure 44" tall with a seat size of 19" wide x 18" deep.
