Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this fantastic 20th century French Art Deco 100 bottle locking wine cage by Rigidex. These can be dated because the labels changed slightly over the years but the design stayed more or less the same with a few variations offered. This cage has a split format with each side capable of holding 50 bottles for a total storage capacity of 100 bottles. These have always been popular but are becoming increasingly hard to find because they're so useful & can fit a number of settings. We recently sold four to a winery and are sure we’ll find a great home for this one. The cage retains its original Rigidex label and enamel blue paint. We just noticed as we were listing this that one of the support wires on the left side is slightly bent out of place. The cage is made from solid steel and it’ll be no problem for us to straighten it out. We recently brought one of these home and it’s been a lot of fun filling it up with different bottles we purchase from all over the country. The rack measures 40” wide x 15” deep x 45” tall.
