Bay Colony Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this wonderful & clean early 20th century antique Arts & Crafts tiger oak 4 drawer file cabinet. The file has 4 letter size drawers with interior dimensions of 12" wide x 24" deep x 10 1/2" tall. All the drawers retain their original pulls, card plates, index rods & the file is signed "Library Bureau Sole Makers" below the top drawer. Library Bureau Sole Makers crafted files of all sizes along with a wide array of other library & office furnishing like desk, desk chairs, display cases, etc. All the drawers actuate with ease and thinking back on it now we really never have any issues with Library Bureau files. They're extremely well made and their durability is a true testament to their craftsmanship. When everybody started working from home we had a huge demand for almost all of our files & desk chairs. We've been steadily replacing the stock but it seems as soon as we list them, they sell. We accumulate a lot of paperwork through our estate purchases, sales, deliveries, & appraisals and can't stress enough how nice it is to have one of these in your home office. The file measures 17 1/2" wide x 27" deep x 51 1/2" tall.
