We are delighted to offer you this fantastic mid-19th century cast iron Fire Back with highly ornate castings complete surround frame system and a tiny hinged door in its center grill. We have found a nice Foundry mark on its back, but its not describable script. We believe it's American, but we can't rule out it being English. This is a very high quality Fireback with its complete surround system with no breaks, cracks or repairs. It measures 33" long, 4" in width and 35" tall.
