19TH CENTURY ANTIQUE WILLIAM & MARY STYLE NEW ENGLAND PINE TAVERN TABLE
Thank you for shopping with Bay Colony Antiques. We're a third generation family owned business furnishing homes all over the world. We aggressively pursue important antiques, decorative arts, and objects of interest for our most discerning clients.
Were pleased to offer for sale this great 19th century William & Mary style antique pine tavern table. This table is crafted from select cuts of native New England Pine finished in a golden amber color. The apron and legs are peg joined & have a nice turning pattern. We believe this is a centennial table crafted around the time of the centennial celebration. At the time earlier traditional American designs were revisited & enjoyed a renaissance period among 19th century cabinet makers. This William & Mary style tavern table was crafted in period accurate fashion with wonderful proportions. We note a few missing glue blocks from the underside & exp iron braces were added for extra stability. We will amend the listing with sizes shortly. We have so much new inventory to process and this just slipped our minds. If you'd like the size before we can amend the listing please message us & we can make sure to send them right over.
