Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this wonderful 19th century antique Victorian Walnut marble top console table / sideboard. Ready for the grandest of Victorian homes this sideboard is crafted from the best grades of highly figured burled walnut veneers with carved columns & extensive inlay work throughout the cabinet. The marble top is in great condition free of any breaks or repairs with a thumb molded edge. The upper part of the cabinet is decorated with satinwood bellflower & vine motifs repeated along the top edge. The sideboard has 3 large cabinet doors with an inset mirror in each and a carved ribbon at the top. Each door has inlaid spandrels at the top corners with a string molding around the edge and one interior shelf. The cabinet is in fantastic condition with our only notes being minimal surface wear and the center escutcheon is missing. The sideboard measures 60” wide x 17 1/4” wide x 33 1/2” tall.
