The bookcase is in fantastic condition finished in a warm golden oak color with a superbly executed guilloche carved door. A guilloche decoration is comprised of curved bands that interlace and repeat in a circular design. The name would suggest a French origin but the design can be traced back to ancient civilizations and represents the continuity of life and time & the balance between good and evil. The bookcase measures 30 1/2” wide x 13 3/4” deep x 64 1/4” tall. The interior has 4 adjustable shelves with 21 different height adjustments for the shelf pins spaced ~2” apart. The interior measures 27” wide x 11” deep x 56 1/2” tall.
