With out highest compliments we're excited to offer for sale this exceptional 19th century solid birds eye maple Shaker 5 drawer spice box. We acquired this from a private de acquisition of a New Hampshire community and strongly believe this is a New Hampshire box. This box has a two over 3 format with the absolute best dovetail construction among the drawers and case. With our enormous volume and miles traveled we've had the pleasure to offer some of the best Shaker items to come to market. This is every bit the tier of Canterbury NH work or possibly Alfred ME. We only offer shaker items when they're correct and unaltered. We're lucky to handle two dozen or so good chairs and stands but case pieces simply don't surface. We'll be hard pressed to come across a similar example of a rare shaker cabinet. This cabinet is 29 3/4" wide x 9" deep x 8 3/4" tall.
