With our highest compliments and utmost honors, Bay Colony Antiques is proud to bring to market this exceptional early Federal period Hepplewhite Tiger Maple Pembroke table. The table is crafted from bold instrument grade Tiger Maple and is finished in a warm orange/amber color. We’re probably one of the most aggressive Tiger Maple buyers in the country and you can always expect us to have on hand a very fine, large selection of Tiger Maple. This is an extremely a choice specimen with impeccable line work and the cabinet maker showing a true understanding of proper proportions & scale. The legs have a delicate taper and the leaves are held up with dual shuttle supports. This is a little smaller than most Pembrokes and it’s diminutive size is one of our favorite aspects of this piece. The table is in fantastic condition with our only notes being minimal surface wear, minor loss at the rule joints, & the hinges were moved and reset properly. The table measures 21” wide x 33” deep x 28” tall. When the leaves are locked up the top measures 39” wide x 33” deep.
