We're pleased to offer for sale this great 19th century antique Sheraton drop leaf table. With respect to Sack's rating system this table falls into the better category. The table is defined by wonderful cherry grain, shaped leaves, and finely carved acanthus legs. The underside is rich with tool & scribe marks with double shuttle leaf supports. The tables legs are very finely carved and we've attached a couple detailed photos of the carving work. The table is finished in a nice warm cherry color and measures 42" wide x 27 3/4" deep x 29 3/4" tall.
