We are delighted to offer you this very nicely hand made and joined paint decorated 18th century Queen Anne period rocking arm chair. It is in an original black paint finish with gold toled accents. It possesses several original coats of under base paint which gives it a hue in its color. It is peg fastened with the pegs left proud (raised), four curved slats on its back, nicely hand carved arms, turned front stretcher and a rush seat that was restored in the early 20th century. The chair is tight sound and very comfortable. It is 26" long from arm to arm, has 28" long rocker blades and is 42" tall.
