With our utmost pleasure, we are delighted to offer you this very interesting 18th Century New England Hepplewhite pine server. It possesses a stepped back gallery, twin upper 1/2" drawers, a pull out work tab over two full sized drawers, nicely tapered legs, original porcelain caster wheels and fantastic period Republic Eagle brasses, with 13 stars representing the original colonies of America. It is in a red paint finish that we believe is original having a later white paint wash scrubbed away. We note some great peg fastening. The pegs have been left proud and each leg has four separate pegs on each the inner and outer sides of the legs. It is 30 1/2" long, 18" wide, 28" tall to the work surface, 32" tall to the top of deck and 38" tall to the back of the galleries top.
