Bay Colony Antiques is pleased to offer for sale this fantastic 19th century antique Sheraton mahogany game table. The table has rope carved legs and a nice crotched mahogany veneer around the table box. The top of the table is made from two solid mahogany boards with an attractive grain pattern & an incised edge with the original hinges still present. When the top is swiveled to the side there’s a small compartment that can be used for storage. The table is in great condition with our only notes being minor surface wear, an old repair to a rear leg, and the feet have been slightly ended out. The table measures 36” wide x 17 3/4” deep x 27” tall when closed. When the top is flipped open the table measures 36” wide x 35 1/2” deep. When the table top is left propped up like in our first 3 photos the height is 43 3/4” tall.
