Bay Colony Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this charming 18th century antique Queen Anne Tiger Maple tilt top table. The Maple used to make the table is heavily figured and the table was finished in a beautiful warm amber color. There are a couple of old repairs where the legs meet the column, but all of the legs are tight & sturdy and are strengthened with an iron spider under the base. There are a couple of old fill marks on the top and the top is ever so slightly warped. The warp is very minimal, and the height discrepancy is less than half an inch, but we wanted to point it out anyways as part of our full disclosure policy. When the top is locked down like in our gallery photo the table measures 22” wide x 21 1/2” deep x 28 1/4 tall (27 3/4” at low point). When the top is flipped up like in our second image the table measures 20” wide x 18” deep x 39 3/4” tall.
