Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this fantastic 18th century antique Queen Anne Connecticut Cherry tray top candle stand. The stand has a nicely turned column, molded tray top, & finely formed snake legs. The stand has a two board top with a very minimal separation and the base has been reinforced with old iron brackets. The stand is in wonderful condition with our only notes being one missing foot slide that we’ll have our restorer replace. The wood foot slides are meant to be replaced over the years and they take any wear that would otherwise affect the feet. The stand has a 20” diameter at the base and stands 26 1/2” tall. The top measures 16 3/8” wide x 16 3/8” deep.
